About Amanda Osborn

Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Baptist University and is currently an associate licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her bachelor’s degree in Communication from San Diego State University.

Amanda brings six years of experience in marketing, where she worked with a diverse range of clients and developed tailored strategies to help them achieve their goals. She has since transitioned into the mental health field, where she applies those same skills, such as empathy, communication, and goal focused planning, to support her clients in meaningful ways.

Amanda is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She is especially interested in working with first responders and veterans, with the goal of helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. Her therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person centered therapy, and trauma informed care as needed.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys reading, training for her first half marathon, and spending time with her French Bulldog.
