About Andrea Tuliao, MSW LICSW

Andrea Tuliao is a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in community mental health, trauma-informed care, and clinical leadership. She earned her Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis in 2010, with a concentration in Mental Health and specialization in Management.

Throughout her career, Andrea has worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges including trauma (sexual, physical, emotional), PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, substance use, and suicidal ideation. Her professional path includes roles as a clinical social worker, substance abuse counselor, clinical supervisor, and assistant clinical operations manager, serving both youth and adults.

Andrea has provided care and supervision in both outpatient and crisis settings, including positions at Kaiser Permanente, Kitsap Mental Health Services, and Chestnut Health Systems. She is committed to integrating evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed interventions, with a strong focus on cultural responsiveness and client empowerment.

With licenses in Washington, Illinois, and Missouri, Andrea is also a certified clinical trauma professional and trained clinical supervisor. Her leadership has helped shape mental health and housing programs that emphasize recovery, dignity, and whole-person care.

At Light and Glory Foundation, Andrea brings both clinical depth and compassionate leadership to support those impacted by trauma and to build sustainable healing pathways for first responders, survivors, and the greater community.
